A great week here on Straight to the Bar. The highlights :
- Articles : Jeff discussed the unusual approach necessary when training for unorthodox strength feats, Mike introduced the superb Human Rack Lift and Dan looked at a great outdoor exercise, Log Flipping. Good stuff.
- Videos : We saw the Bulava-Mace in action, some two-finger handstands and an incredible 60kg bottom-up kettlebell press. Superb.
- Elsewhere : CrossFit Trainer Patrick Haskell mixes it up at 3-2-1…GO!, Better Human magazine looks at fitness with just a hint of combat training and Sarah Outen enjoys some serious solo rowing. Good stuff.
- Ideas : get a protein hit with a post-workout Super Shake, get ready to dig deep with the plate-loadable shovel and build yourself a ‘Napalm’s Nightmare‘. Brilliant thing.
