It was a great discussion. Josh, Ryan and Rob discussed water consumption based on bodyweight, importance of cheat days, protein intake shortly after waking, keeping everything as simple as possible, difficulty for first few weeks – relatively painless afterwards, keeping muscle whilst losing fat, the mental aspects of fat loss; and a whole lot more.
