Video for Gymchat 231 – Fat Loss 101 (Vic Magary)
Posted By Scott Bird

Thanks again to everyone who watched and sent in questions for the discussion Gymchat 231 – Fat Loss 101 [with Online Fitness Coach Vic Magary and Personal Trainer Josh Hewett] – much appreciated. If you haven’t seen it yet (or simply want to go over a particular point again), here’s the entire video.

It was a great discussion. Josh and Vic discussed Vic’s background and industry beginnings, what fat is and what it does, process of losing 10lb vs losing 100lb, overall strategy for losing fat, health checks and diagnoses, hormonal concerns, tracking progress, building muscle and losing fat at the same time, setting goals – how much can you lose (and how fast), sleep & fat loss, walking, bodyweight exercises, interval training, modified dot drills, tracking caloric intake, the mental side of fat loss, empowerment associated with taking control of health & fitness, the reasons for looking after yourself; and a whole lot more. If you’re ready to find out what Fat Loss is all about, make sure you watch this one.
