The BP Trace is the same pairing as the BP Doctor – a smartwatch with an expanding wrist cuff, to tackle the blood pressure readings. In this case, the device also offers an autosampling option – it will automatically take readings at definable intervals. Nice one. What’s more, the companion app offers export functionality. I’ll check it out once they become available, but this particular functionality sounds ideal. I love the idea of being able to track everything (in terms of my own health & fitness), and store it in my own software. The BP Trace.
NB : We first looked at this one in the weekly Strength & Fitness Newsletter (part of the Strength Kit). If you'd like to have it sent to you automatically (free!) each week, just add your email here.
We also discuss a number of training-related books. If you're looking for the full list of the ones I'm checking out personally, swing by Goodreads. You can also suggest new ones there (or via this site's contact page) - I'm always on the lookout for more literary goodness.
