BP Trace (Smartwatch-Based Blood Pressure Monitor)
Posted By Scott Bird
Looks great.
The BP Trace is the same pairing as the BP Doctor – a smartwatch with an expanding wrist cuff, to tackle the blood pressure readings. In this case, the device also offers an autosampling option – it will automatically take readings at definable intervals. Nice one. What’s more, the companion app offers export functionality. I’ll check it out once they become available, but this particular functionality sounds ideal. I love the idea of being able to track everything (in terms of my own health & fitness), and store it in my own software. The BP Trace.

NB : We first looked at this one in the weekly Strength & Fitness Newsletter (part of the Strength Kit). If you'd like to have it sent to you automatically (free!) each week, just add your email here.

We also discuss a number of training-related books. If you're looking for the full list of the ones I'm checking out personally, swing by Goodreads. You can also suggest new ones there - I'm always on the lookout for more literary goodness.

Incidentally, if this has got you thinking about grabbing one for yourself, swing by the SttB Strength Store. Massive range.

Logan's 'Quarantine Sale' Courses

As much as I love training with free weights (and the occasional machine, for specific things) I'm partial to the occasional dose of bodyweight goodness. Particularly when travelling.

If you're keen to dive into this training approach even deeper, you may wish to check out Logan's 'Quarantine Sale' Courses.

Various courses looking at the world of bodyweight training from many angles, perfect for when you're housebound for a little while.
