10 of the Best : Parkour Television Commercials
Posted By Scott Bird

Parkour has been used many times in advertising over the past few years. Here are a few of my favourites.

Österreichische Bundesbahnen (Austrian Federal Railway) Summerticket promotion

Clearly aimed at the youth market, this ad formed part of the ÖBB’s 2006 Summerticket promotion.

Rogers Wireless, Canada

Rogers Wireless
The ‘Meeting‘ ad for Rogers is one of their best. Filmed in England, Jan 2006.

Scion

Ordinary car, great commercial.

Canon Ixus 900 TI CF

This is a Japanese commercial for the Canon Ixus 900 TI CF featuring David Belle. Very nice.

  • BBC OneRush-Hour (BBC)

This one features another amazing performance by David Belle. Superb.

    Go Fast energy drink

This ad demonstrates the true powers of the Go Fast energy drink. Featuring Brian Taylor.

  • Virgin drinksVirgin soft Drinks

This was TeamTraceur‘s first commercial, created via parkour.co.za and filmed in Tunisia in 2005. A great one – particularly the huge gap jump 26sec into the ad.

  • Excite’s Precision Search

Featuring Stephane Vigroux, this isn’t bad at all. Filmed in France.

  • MTV Barrio19MTV – Barrio19

This commercial showcased the talents of the Adrenaline Team.

  • <a href=Nike Presto” src=”http://www.straighttothebar.com/images/posts/070403_presto.jpg” width=”240″ height=”180″ />Nike – The Angry Chicken (Nike Presto)

Finally, the one that started it all – Nike‘s ‘The Angry Chicken’. Superb.

  • These are only a few of my personal favourites; there are many more parkour-based commercials. What other good ones have you seen?
