Over the past four years this site’s amassed an enormous amount of content. To help you find the highlights, I’ll be taking a wander through the archives each Sunday.
This week – Kettlebells.
Over the years we’ve looked at kettlebell training from a number of angles – what kettlebells are (and where to get them), a range of exercises (both common and somewhat unusual), technique and injury prevention. Here are just a few of my personal favourites :
- Kettlebell Benching
Remember Rick talking about kettlebell beakers a while ago? Here they are in action (with a slight variation). Good fun.
- Kettlebell Deficit Deadlifts
The Diesel Crew incorporates some highly creative combinations into their workouts, and here is one of my favourites. Combining kettlebells, chains and deadlifting – Kettlebell Deficit Deadlifts.
- Kettlebells in the Pool
Kettlebell juggling, and kettlebell training in the pool. Perfect.
- Jumping with Kettlebells
Jumping with kettlebells – a great way to travel.
- Dragging KettleBells
Kettlebells are great for a variety of exercises, including drags. Nice one.
