This week – Kettlebell Training.
I got my first kettlebell in June 2006, and have explored a number of weird and wonderful ways to put it to use. We’ve also seen a huge variety on Straight to the Bar, and here are a few of my favourites :

- Triple Kettlebell Press
One kettlebell not enough? How about three.
- Kettlebells and Swimming
Just a few of the very creative kettlebell + swimming combinations over at The Pound. Very interesting ideas.
- Farmer’s Walk with Rolling Thunder and Kettlebells
Kettlebells are also ideal for use as resistance in exercises such as this. Just hook up and get to work.
- Kettlebells Juggling with Ivan Denisov
Finally, a spot of kettlebell juggling. Over to Ivan.
