Great information. Over the past few years I’ve been gradually increasing the number of things I read/listen to – constantly adding things to my ‘to read‘ list as well as checking them off. You’ll find both the to read list and a list of our recommendations over on Goodreads. Feel free to join us over there, and to recommend anything you’ve found personally. This week I’ve been listening to a suggestion from a friend of mine, ‘Sleeping With David Baddiel’ (Audible Original). An interesting look at the science of sleep, and the various impacts it has on a noted insomniac. Not bad at all. ‘Sleeping With David Baddiel’ (Audible Original). Incidentally, if you’re interested doing a little regular reading yourself, Dr Ben Hardy outlines one approach here – and it’s actually very close to my own. Works well.

NB : We first looked at this one in the weekly Strength & Fitness Newsletter (part of the Strength Kit). If you'd like to have it sent to you automatically (free!) each week, just add your email here.

We also discuss a number of training-related books. If you're looking for the full list of the ones I'm checking out personally, swing by Goodreads. You can also suggest new ones there (or via this site's contact page) - I'm always on the lookout for more literary goodness.

Over to you. Drop us a line on Twitter ( @scottbird ), or add a comment below.

NB : if you love talking about strength-training as much as I do, you might also like to check out the weekly newsletter (there's also a daily version available). A regular dose of fitness-focussed discussions, absolutely free.
