It’s wonderful to see a book on this area – the ‘mental fitness‘ side of things. Whether you’re mentally in a good place right now (and would like things to stay that way), or things are a bit more of a challenge – this book is ideally placed to be able to help.

Core One (OTC Hearing Aids)
This is certainly a rapidly-growing space – relatively low-cost hearing aids. The Core One is a pair of in-canal devices, with inbuilt noise reduction features. A companion smartphone app controls everything.
