These look great.
I first heard about the various UCAN energy bars/powders via Tim Ferriss wonderful newsletter, and I must admit they look ideal. A customised collection of carbohydrates with blood sugar stability firmly in mind.

Yet another look at the promise of Neuralink (which I personally agree with wholeheartedly), it takes a wonderful look at the history of Brain-Computer Interfaces. Well worth a watch.
